I tried to reboot my desktop. It gave me a stop code. The stop code is 0xc000021a. I tried advanced options and tried to run diagnostics but it gave me a failure Id. It is RG88Q3-7N6B3W-WPTWMG-60ST03. The product id is J4V91AA#ABA

first never ever, post any serial numbers!!!!!!

 

hopefully the HP mods will see this and remove it

personally i would do a reinstall of the os or HP OS recovery  or try a in place upgrade if you can access safe mode

you are correct, the numbers posted are indeed from the drive test program i stand corrected

 

see page 2 where it mentions a 24 digit code

Yes but @DGroves  if  you have the product number, you can go directly here, the user can do the same
