Greetings @Krishna261510

Welcome to the HP Forum.

This error usually happens because:

1. The system disk is failing or has failed.

2. Windows system files are corrupted or the Windows Registry is corrupted.

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

Let the Forum know how this goes.

It's tough to fix corrupted Windows files (especially if the registry is cooked) when the PC can't enter the Windows Recovery Environment at system startup.

A failing system drive will require replacing this drive. You will have to reinstall Windows.

Unrepairable system files will require reinstalling Windows.

It is sometimes possible to recover system drive data in either of the above scenarios by connecting the system drive to a different PC as a data drive. Recovering data on a corrupted system drive must occur before reinstalling Windows.

Regards
