Product: Hp 14s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new ho device has been slow loading chrome since the beginning. However, I googled and the results showed that it's an issue with chrome itself and not my laptop. But now while working on Google workspace, my PC stops working suddenly. And Chrome has been acting too slow after clicking anything

I'm sorry that you have been ignored for so long -- so if you are still working this issue, I will provide some comments.

 

I don't use Google stuff anymore than I have to because it relies on the online connection to be robust, and in some areas of the world, this is a very risk proposition.  My guess is that the Google stuff halted because you lost the connection.  

 

But why the laptop itself stopped, if indeed that was the case, I do not know.

 

Is it working now, or is it dead?
