@KhairulFarhan12 -- you should be able to "logout" from that other account. Then, from the list of available logon IDs, choose your own ID, and enter your password. After logging-in, is "airplane mode" still enabled?

My HP probook 640 was magically stuck in airplane mode this morning. I could toggle airplane mode on and off in settings, and with the button itself, but the red light stayed on regardless, and I could not connect to the internet. I tried updating the driver, but of course that didn't work because I could not connect to the internet.

I had another pc, so I downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool onto a USB drive. I then used that USB in the problematic computer to reinstall Windows (it offers the option to keep all files and apps).

Took almost an hour, but it worked! When it came back up, airplane mode was off, and the red light was off.

I now keep an updated copy of Windows 10 Media Creation Tool on a USB drive for emergencies such as this.
