OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-021na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

this issue has become prevelant within the last day or so yesterday and today in the evening my pc crashed on me then began beeping it seems to be three long beeps followed by two shorter ones
when the pc ether restarts itself or i turn it back off then on again it iether doesnt boot and continues to beep or it works for about 5 minuits and then crashes again. ive been getting a handful of different error messages but some of them include

page fault in nonpaged area

system thread exeption not handeled

and system service exeption

from the reserch ive done its aparently a driver issue but when i managed to open the device manager im unable to find anything abnormal about them in the short time i have to look

The strangest part is that it was perfectly fine during the day crashing at about 7pm then proceding to not work for the rest of the night but begining to work again in the morning after a night of having the pc shut off.

I apologise if i got the windows 10 version im running on wrong whatever version it is, is the latest version that isnt windows 11

Hi:

According to the HP PC beep code chart, your PC has a defective memory chip that needs to be removed and a new one installed.

we just replaced the memory and the problem is still persisting same amout of beeps and everything

Then I wouldn't know what the problem could be.

Now you are looking at the memory you installed was not compatible, or the motherboard has failed.

The memory we installed was the intel SSD 6 M.2 80 mm NVMe SSD
