@Sora1023 -- how old (and dusty inside?) is the laptop? A computer technician could take a can of compressed-air, and blow out some dust.

 

Never place a laptop on a soft table-cloth, or on your lap or on your obliging lap-dog, because the fabric blocks the intake of room-temperature air.  Similarly, never block the exhaust-ports for the warmed-up interior air.
