After upgraded the windows 11. My Desktop is died, I am getting black screen. My product is in warranty. But Not able to reach HP for support. The bots are not getting connections to real person or Phone number.
i dont have the boot usb drive. There were no upgrade in hardware. This system is as such delivered by HP.
is there better way to get support from HP.
