I want to install a ADATA XGP SX8200 Pro M2 SSD by Orico Nvme M2 expansion card on HP Elitedesk 800 G2 SFF. It can be boot drive?

You should be able to if you buy a PCIe x4 NVMe adapter which goes in the white PCIe x 4 slot that looks like a PCIe x16 video card slot, and you need to have at least the BIOS version installed that is referenced in the discussion.
