The AIO had failed doing a bios update from Windows update, and is now stuck in a bios update failed loop. I tried the keys recommended in this article, but it's still not working. I can click "Continue Startup," but it just restarts the boot loop.
Please let me know what the best options are.

If your PC is in warranty, then contact HP Support https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop
Check the following site for a BIOS recovery method. You have a different MB but are facing a similar situation, the BIOS is corrupted. A local PC tech should be able to fix this problem if your warranty has expired.
