Product: HP ENVY Phoenix Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried to enter to the BIOS section in my pc but it needs password, I did not set any password on it.

I've tired to remove(put on the other side) both jumpers for bios and cmos on the motherboard but it did not help.

please help me what I need to do

Hi

Can you try a password, upto 3 guesses?

Post any error code.

Hi, thanks for your response. 

Yes it shows a blue box on the screen and I can enter upto 3 password in there.

There is no error code, after I enter something in thete 3 times, it will reboot and goes back to regular windows boot
