HP BUILT IN COMPUTER

Hello, I am having a problem fixing this all-in-one computer Windows 11, tried most of the available tutorial repair on youtube. The issue is, the Windows is not completely turning on then:

1. shows the hp logo, then load

2. continue to load and says welcome

3. after that turned into a blue screen and a message appeared,  and quickly disappeared,

4. then turn to the black screen and repeat the same thing, back to the hp logo.  An infinite process.

Did some test runs as suggested by hp virtual assistance, and found out about this failure, and provided a failure ID

COMPONENT TEST: FAILED
THE OPTIMIZED DST CHECK HAS ENCOUNTERED ISSUES TESTING YOUR HARD DRIVE/SSD.
Out of Warranty: Ended on 1/02/2022

I have been working on this for quite an hour, please help.
Thank you!

Hi:

Normally any hard drive failure report indicates that you need to install a new hard drive.

Consult the service guide for your specific model series all in one PC for how to replace the drive.

Thank you!  I appreciate the response, is it possible to just reformat the hard drive?

You're very welcome.

Yes, you can give that a try and reinstall Windows and hope that works.
