Th PC does not support Secure Boot, so that isn't the problem.

Try booting the USB installation flash drive from the Legacy USB flash drive, not the UEFI one.

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

I checked everything again. I guess I didn't need anything to Change from bios/legacy. When I boot Ubuntu from Linux, it works fine. Even I can use it normally without installation, like browsing file managing, etc., even I can access all drive data, but when I try to install it from the installer, I get stuck in the How do you want to install Ubuntu tab. I want to select erase everything and install everything. Is there any alternative way to install like from terminal or something .

Is there any advice or something?

Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to your questions.

I have two HP 8200 Elite CMT's and I can install Windows 10 and Windows 11 on them in both legacy and UEFI mode with no problems whatsoever.

To install Windows in UEFI mode with the CMT you have to boot the USB flash drive from the second USB port from the top.

I found that out by trial and error.

To install in Legacy mode, I use the top USB port.
