HP Vectra 486/33T
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

HP Vectra 486/33T Feb 1993 Config #: D2240A Serial #: 3306A 18588 Phoenix Technologies, Ltd Version K.03.05 Vectra 486/33T

Comes up with error code 0282 then error code 0250. Wants systems disk installed to correct. Do not have a systems disk. Never hooked computer to internet. Has extremely important program, with lots of data within. Will pay to get this computer back to where I can access the very important program and its data.   Dave

Unless you want to run the computer the quickest fix is to get an adapter read the data from the disk drive using USB

Thank you for the quick reply. I am very 'computer illiterate' - old.

Another problem that I see is the computer program I have used for 25+ years is not available anymore. No upgrades to the newer Windows OS. Therefore, I believe I need to be able to boot up this giant, heavy, tower computer in order to access my program.   Dave
