Product: Example: Pavilion 6000 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to get the system recovery reinstallation disk.  The one's I have. disk 4 will not start. Need new one's please help me find where I order them at. Had to put a new hard drive in and need to reload it.

What is the product number of your PC?

 

Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

HP won't have W7 recovery media anymore for any PC.

 

If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on your PC's case and you let me know what version of W7 the key is good for, I may be able to send you a link to download a W7 ISO file that you can make bootable and reinstall W7 for free that way,
