Need to order the spare battery L11119-855. Try to enter the order in the hpParts web but when I procced with the payment the system does not respond/procced. Tried to contact support but it seems nobody is accountable for this kind of issue..

Thanks for your replay.

Indeed, prior your feedback, I already contacted several time, in different ways, HP Support Team. Best I could get was "Pls refer to HP Authorized Resellers". I'm based in Italy and here there are two HP Authorized Resellers: one does not sell to private consumers, the other offers L11119-855 battery at price >20% higher than HP Parts store. Did not understand why HP Support Team could not resolve/explain the hurdle which does not allow my order entry that likely might apply also to other possible customers.
