Just got this new HP Omen 25L desktop. Unboxing...plugging in ... and pushing the power button...nothing happens.
In fact, there is not a single light or sound/noise. after plugging in the power. Nothing... as if not plugged in.
Checked the power cable, changed to a different one, etc. I knew it was not the cable. The cable worked for my monitor.
Anybody else had similar experiences? The online tech support is off. So thanks for any tip or help.

Hello,
You may have a bad component: power supply, motherboard, or power button.
Or check all connections on the motherboard.
It might be best to return the PC as soon as possible if the problem is not obvious.

Try holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.
Be sure to check the receptacle your power supply is connected to. Is it a power strip that may be turned off?
