Sorry, I didn't know what board to post this under and under ' . Also under Product Name' I had to select "Select a product I do not own" even though I do own it because I was unable to enter the serial #.
I just bought a desktop pc model # TP01-2256 online from Staples. I then went to hp.com to get a set up manual but when I entered the serial number from the casing of the computer I get a message "invalid serial #". What to do? Thanks.

HP does not supply manuals for EACH machine. Normally we can get general manuals for a series of many similar machines. Please use the following manuals
