I converted the Hard Disk containing the OS from MBR to GPT and upon restarting and entering computer setup, I could not find the Secure Boot Configuration setting to change from legacy to UEFI as well as enable secure boot. A HP support agent advised me to try to reinstall Windows 10 and upon trying to reinstall using a bootable USB, and I ran into a problem, "Your device ran into a problem..., stop code NTFS" and it kept restarting and giving the same problem. I got tired of the restarts and switched it off and on turning it on, the pc starts normally and then the fan accelerates to full speed, there's no boot, no display on the monitor or beeps. Sometimes, when I turn on, it turns itself off, then restarts and turns off again and repeats the process again. I have tried removing the CMOS battery, waiting for few minutes then returning it, using the CMOS battery of another PC as well as cleaning the RAM and switching the slots but it hasn't worked. I thought the BIOS version (K01) V2.05 may be the problem but there's no way I can update it at the moment! Anyone with any idea as to what is the problem or how I could repair the PC?

I attempted the instructions by "crjdriver" given in this forum thread https://forums.techguy.org/threads/converted-from-mbr-to-gpt-now-black-screen-when-booting.1269047/ and although none of them resulted in immediate fix, they gave me an idea of removing all the RAM sticks and experimenting on one by one until one of them was able to boot my PC. Also after upgrading my BIOS I was able to access the Secure Boot Configuration Setting. Hope this helps someone who is experiencing the same issue. Also thankful to Itsmyname 's for taking the time to try and help.

@2BitDB -- switched it off and on turning it on, the pc starts normally and then the fan accelerates to full speed, there's no boot, no display on the monitor or beeps.
When you power-on your computer, it first launches the POST (Power On Self Test).
Part of the POST is to run the fans at maximum speed -- implying maximum noise -- and then measuring the temperature of the motherboard and of the CPU. If those temperatures are "normal", then the POST tells the fans to slow down, and thus get less noisy.
So, a failure of the POST to slow-down the fans implies that the POST has "failed".
Part of the POST is to test the monitor, but if the POST never gets that far before the failure, you will not see anything on the monitor.
As to "beeps", some computers just flash some lamps, in some repeating pattern, e.g., blink, blink, blink, wait, blink -- to identify the reason of the failure, instead of making an audible sound, through the onboard micro-speaker.
