HP ProBook 11 G2

Last school year, I received an HP ProBook 11 G2 from my school in order to participate in online schooling because of the pandemic. Two days before online school was supposed to start, I tried to turn it on and there was no startup screen, and the backlight didn't even turn on. The lights on the power button and caps lock key turned on and blinked to the tone the computer was making; two long beeps and two short beeps. I would return the laptop to the school but when it happened, they told me to keep it, so I don't think they want it back. (I aged out of that school anyway.) I want to turn it on so that I can return the laptop so I'm not fined hundreds of dollars before I graduate, but I can't spend hundreds of dollars on repair, either. What does this mean, and how can I fix it?

it may be because of the translation.
I find it hard to understand, if the computer didn't work from the start, it should have gone back to school, it was normally up to them to take care of that
Well, check if it is this model:

From what I found it would be a problem with the bios, you can try this:

But check the computer model carefully, and use the correct bios, if not the choice is to try to recover it with a usb key!
