Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-1000i (6J775AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’ve been having this issue for the last 5 days now but my boot files basically got corrupted not letting me login and getting the error 0xc0000145 or being in a bitlocker loop where I can’t even enter advanced recovery only my bios settings.

 

I’ve recieved a usb from a friend with windows installed and I’m trying to reinstall windows but there is no option to click on for the usb. It would be amazing if anyone could help me figure out why or a way to fix this issue.

HP Recommended

Creat bootable USB using Rufus software in GPT partition then try. Also switch storage mode to ACHI (not RAID) unless you specifically configured RAID before. Make sure have your data backup already from current os
