My desktop does not Boot. I had tried to upgrade my Windows 10 version from 21H1 to 21H2 which should have happened automatically. I attempted to do a "RESET" from within Windows, However, the reset deleted my Windows but did not reinstall the factory version. It failed at 68% and stopped. It now just flashes "HP" on a black screen. How can I get Windows 10 back working?? I seem to be able to get to the BIOS menu, but nothing beyond there, ie no Boot into Windows. I do not have a Windows 10 disc because the PC was upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8/8.1.

Hi:
You can clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
You will need to have access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and an 8 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
Boot from the installation media.
When you get past the Install Now screen, you will be asked what version of W10 you want to install.
Select W10 Home.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and activate after you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
