Why the “No Battery” Message Might Appear:

1. Battery Not Detected by BIOS or Windows
2. Battery Driver Issue
3. Battery Health or Hardware Fault
4. Recent BIOS or Windows Update

Steps to Fix “No Battery” Error:

1. Perform a Hard Reset:

• Shut down the laptop.
• Unplug the power adapter.
• Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
• Reconnect the power adapter and turn on the laptop.

2. Check Battery Connection (if removable):

• Power off and remove the battery.
• Clean the contacts gently.
• Reinsert the battery securely.

3. Update BIOS and Drivers:

• Go to HP’s support page for your laptop model:
