No one can provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC

Hi!

 

There are details missing...

It can be simple solution but also your HDD can be faulty.

Probably boot files are corrupted

 

You can download some free "live USB" software and try to clean your disk and fix boot sectors. (I am using Active Boot disk).

You can also boot to your BIOS and test your HDD for any errors.

If your HDD is OK and you dont have to save any data, feel free to reinstal your OS.
