No boot device found

XOH86UA#ABA

boot device not found it says please install an operating system on your hard disk but I never had one mine was already installed through the internet I believe. I've gone to the www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup I followed all of the steps and nothing changed. I ran the system diagnostics and my hard drive isn't the issue it's completely fine. My laptop is out of warranty, what am I supposed to do?

Hi:

 

If the hardware passed all of the tests, using another Windows PC, you can create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall Windows, the drivers and software that originally came with your notebook.
