No boot disk found hard drive 3f0 error

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Went and started the computer and got black screen with blue box stating No Boot Disk Found Hard Drive (3F0). I have followed the instructions on HP Support and no luck, Hard drive quick test is good but Optane isn't showing up in the bios? System was purchased in Sept. 2019. If I replace the Optane memory will this solve the problem? Is the OS on the Optane Memory? If Optane has gone out should it still boot to windows?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
