Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
My PC, running Windows 10, stays in autodiagnostic loop. Booting in safe mode is impossible, after selecting startup options and restart, no menu appears. The hard drive check fails with codes
9u4141-000999-x87sl1-60s203
or
9u4141-000998-x87sl1-61aa03
The drive is readible when I boot from a rescue CD.
What do these errors mean, is the hard drive fixable?

Hi: The exact message of the code is: Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure This means the hard drive will have to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled. If you can read the data on the hard drive, if there is a way to copy what you need to a portable storage device, you may want to give that a try.
