My XW8600 Worksttion was working perfectly, switched off in the normal way.
Next morning pressed on button, green light on, no boot display, no warning beeps, fans running, but nothing on screen. Monitor on light normal goes from amber to blue, during boot sequence but remains amber
Checked PSU green light is on viewed through rear grille
Fans are working
Internal mother board green light is on
On button green light is on
HDD seems to start with one flash of HDD light
Tried another HDD
Tried another monitor
Removed graphics card, this tested OK in another PC
Tried another key board and mouse
Disconnected HDD, but still doesn't display Bios start up on screen
Removed all other accessories and cables, so that just keyboard, mouse and dispaly cable are connected........still the same fault
Everthing looks clean and tidy, no burning smell
Doesn't seem to be starting bios correctly
Anyone got any ideas, what I should try next?

1. Experiment with a different power-supply.
2. Remove all the RAM, and start it up.
If the POST (Power On Self Test) starts, it should "beep" (or flash some LED, in a pattern) when it detects "zero" RAM.
If the POST does not start, or does not "complain", then suspect the motherboard.
