@Sangmir, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error means your PC is attempting to boot from the network (PXE) because it cannot find a valid boot device. Follow these steps:

Power Reset

  1. Turn off the PC.
  2. Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
  3. Unplug the power cord and press the Power button for 15 seconds.
  4. Reconnect power and turn on the PC.

Check BIOS for Storage Detection

  1. Power on and immediately press F10 (or Esc → F10) to enter BIOS.
  2. Under Storage or System Information, confirm if your hard drive/SSD is listed.
    • If not detected, reseat the drive or check SATA/Power cables.
    • If detected, proceed to next step.

Correct Boot Order

  1. In BIOS, go to Boot Options.
  2. Ensure your hard drive/SSD is the first boot device.
  3. Disable PXE Boot or Network Boot if not needed.
  4. Save changes and restart.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  1. Restart and press F2 (or Esc → F2) for HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI.
  2. Run Storage Test (Quick and Extensive).
    • If the test fails, the drive may need replacement.

Repair or Reinstall Windows

If the drive passes diagnostics but still won’t boot:

  • Use HP Cloud Recovery Tool or a Windows installation USB.
  • Boot from USB and run Startup Repair or reinstall Windows.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
