@KimmyH22 --   Pxe- e61: media test failure, check cable / Pxe- m0f: existing  pxe rom. /

Error: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Your motherboard can try to "boot" from several sources:]

  1. 3.5-inch "floppy-disk
  2. CD/DVD
  3. USB memory-stick
  4. disk-drive or SSD
  5. via your Ethernet cable, but only when it has made a connection to a "boot-server" on your local network

So, it is  PXE ("Pre-Execution-Environment") that item #5 uses to load Windows.

But, your computer has not been able to make a connection to the boot-server, and the "hint" is that your Ethernet cable is not connected to that boot-server.

The fact that your computer is trying to boot from #5, above, means that it has NOT been able from boot from #1 through #4, where #3 is what your computer normally boots from.

So, this strongly implies that the motherboard cannot read anything from your disk-drive.

It could be that either the "data" or the "power" cable is not properly connected to the motherboard, the power-supply, and the disk-drive.

It could mean that the disk-drive is NOT responding at all -- that it has "completely failed", and must be replaced.

Error: no boot disk has been detected, or the disk has failed

hi @KimmyH22  @itsmyname

unfortunately this does not indicate what to do / try

@KimmyH22  you can try this

"Network Path Not Found" or "PXE Error" Appears Before Computer Starts

Hard disk error displays before the computer starts in Windows 10

Error: The Boot Selection Failed Because a Required Device Is Inaccessible (Windows 8, 7)

If you have to open the computer, it may be complicated
In this case, you should perhaps consult a specialist.

Please time the time to reread the previous response, which directly states that the disk-drive must be replaced.
