Beep Code: 3 short beeps

After enabling Virtualization in BIOS, I have no display output and beep code. No clue how to fix because there is no display.

Try reset of CMOS.  Unplug from wall.  Press power button couple of times to discharge all power. Move both pairs of jumpers from top 2 pins to the bottom 2 pins for 10 seconds.  Then put both jumpers back.

There is a list of beep codes here but none for exactly 3 beeps
