HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC RCTO Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

I received a new HP Z2 G9 Mini.

When booting, there no display and no splash screen. After booting, the computer display the Windows login screen and the system appear to work correctly.

Is there a way to fix it?

I have others Z2 Mini (G2 and G5) that work fine, they showing the HP logo and HP Wolf logo when there booting.

Thanks!

No unfortunately.

I tried to start the PC with Securebooth enabled, but still the same issue occurs.

Hello Grulle,

Where can I enable this?

Thanks!

Just use safe-start inside of the OS.

I found the whitepaper about a function in the HP Wolf Security system, its called HP Tamperlock.

I have a guess that it has something to do with Tamperlock not working as intended.

Requested a HP Technichan to take a look on it and i will be expecting a call later today, will update this thread later.
