Hi there I’ve a hp desktop and my keyboard and mouse is not working and there is nothing wrong with the keyboard or mouse and there is power there they light up when the desktop is on I have tried everything on YouTube but I can’t even login or put the desktop onto safe mode cuz the keyboard or mouse won’t work whne I start up my desktop it says keyboard error the keyboard and noise is brand new and I’ve tried them on a different computer my moms computer and it works fine so any help will be appreciated (I can’t login into drivers if any says it) Thanks this have been driving me crazy

To assist better:

  • Please refer to this document for steps to find the product details. To find out a different option to recognize the Product details on the HP Product, please check zeros and O may be similar, and Numeric 5 and alphabet S may look similar so please check and try it should work
