Hey, I am trying to dual boot Kali and Windows 10 on my ne HP Victus laptop. To my surprise, there is no option to enable Legacy boot in the BIOS option. Please help!

For many computers, if it is possible you must deactivate the secure boot mode

First off, most of the newer PCs no longer support Legacy boot -- as the tendency is towards more secure PCs, thus requiring Secure Boot.

Second, HP does not provide support for Linux.  So, for support, you need to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are using.

yep @WAWood
what is curious  @WAWood  is that the hp documents do not change, have hardly found new information about it

Security, yes, why not, but we are still heading towards an escalation of complaints, like what the user is not free to use his computer
so bad!

I don't disagree with what you are saying.  As more and more new HP PCs force Secure Boot, we will be seeing more and more complaints from folks who can't disable it to install a Linux distro -- and since we don't here support Linux, we will be seeing more and more folks going to their Linux support forums for advice -- only to be told they can't install Linux on the newer PCs.

OK, then if there are translation issues -- then we should not be having discussions in the open forum.

It doesn't matter if u disable or enable security boot on your devices it only supports UEFI which means your storage device must have GPT partition Scheme, and legacy only support MBR which isn't available on your device
