HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3 Base Model Desktop Mini PC
I've seen this topic posted a few times but I still haven't seen any sort of recommendations.

I recently acquired the noted HP EliteDesk 800 G3 65W system.  It came with a 90W power supply.  It powered up, booted, shut-down.  I got it to power up a couple more times and now I am receiving the 3-long, 4-short beep/error cycle.  I noted in the troubleshooting section that this error is related to power issues.  I checked the power supply and it is reading a voltage of 19.5V, which seems normal but I know this may be deceiving and could still be an issue.  I subsequently purchased a new PS but the problem persists.

One other observation: though I have not been able to find any documentation on it is the led's on the MB, the one right by the AC plug flashes on/off and then the one by the power button comes on and stays.

Other things;  I have removed everything down to the HD, CPU and one stick (4gb) RAM and also reset the CMOS but that had no affect, I am still getting the same beep errors and absolutely no activity from the fans, etc.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for this or a similar machine?  I wanted to do some voltage testing on the MB itself but I can't even find a board schematic.
