Computer does not power up at all whatsoever even when I have tried different cables.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP computer does not power on at all, and trying different power cables did not help. 

HP recommends checking the power path first:
 

  • Make sure only essential devices are connected: keyboard, mouse, and monitor
     
  • Check the power cord for damage or looseness
     
  • Try a different wall outlet
     
  • For desktops, confirm the power supply light comes on, if available
     
  • For HP TouchSmart or all-in-one PCs, check the power adapter/cable, since those systems may not have the same power light indication
     
  • If there is still no light, no fan noise, and no response, the issue is likely related to incoming power, the power supply, or the power adapter
