Remove memory, clean chips and motherboard, put memory back in one at a time and do the hard reset.

 

Interior cleaning a PC

Before touching any component inside a PC you should touch the metal case first to allow any static electric to discharge.
If you do not have the proper surface for working on electronic equipment, then use an anti-static spray around the work area.
