After running the eMMc Flash storage tests the results was "No storge installed"

I see nothing related to a eMMC flash storage drive.

 

The model series doesn't even come with one of those drives.

 

The report shows that your notebook has a defective memory chip that needs to be replaced.

 

See chapter 5 of the service manual for how to remove and replace the memory.

 

HP ZBook 14u G5 Mobile Workstation Maintenance and Service Guide

 

If your notebook has more than one memory chip installed, remove one of the chips and test each one to see which one is defective.
