My keyboard and mouse is recognized at the level of DOS but is not recognized in Windows 10 even in safe mode what can I do?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I would guess you have a Windows problem if the keyboard and mouse are detected and work when in the BIOS.

 

Try front/top panel USB if you are using rear USB now.

 

Check Device Manger in Control Panel for USB errors if you can run Windows using front USB or other rear USB ports.

 

You may have a Windows USB driver problem on a specific USB hub if the keyboard and mouse work with Windows when trying different USB ports.
