Product: HP ProDesk 405 G1 Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a (dissasembled into pieces) HP ProDesk 405 G1 that locked up on me today.

The last known working time this motheboard worked was when I was hosting a Minecraft server on it roughly a week ago. I took the motherboard and was making a new pc with it (in a cardboard box) and i booted it up, and got no video. After ~45 seconds the fan goes CRAZY at 100%, and I am still stuck on a black screen.

 

I have tried resetting BIOS, Swapping VGA cords, Cleaning and reinserting RAM, taking CMOS battery out, and hold power button and Windows+B, All to no success. Please help me. I have a GTX 745 shipping, which I want my mobo to be functional when that arrives. I cannot swop a power supply, because I don't have access to another power supply.
