Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0107tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not turning off. Everytime I open it automatically hardware diagnostic UEFI window opens and I am not even able to exit it. It isshowing your current version of diagnostic is not uptodate.

Maybe your computer has a problem.
see here, how to test it, and if not possible with the version in place try with the usb key solution
