Not booting.

HP Recommended
Hp Probook 440 g6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem in my laptop. It shutdown during in the process of Trusted Module Platform, it ask a question yes or no and after not doing anything, it auto shutdown.


Now I cant turn on the laptop, even pressing the powerbutton doing nothing even the light of the powerbutton dont work


Please help me fix this.

Are you sure your charger is still working? If your charger has failed, and then your battery run flat, it will give the impression of being 'dead'.

Are you able to try the charger on another unit? Or test it will a multi-meter if you have one available?
