Product: HP All-in-one 24-g014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting that error when running the .exe AND, when I attempt the usb option, I have secure boot disabled, and legacy enabled. I then press ESC when restarting then choose the usb...I then just get a blank screen and nothing happens. 

 

What is going on and how to I get the update? Is there an alternative method??

Do you have a strong reason to apply the BIOS update?

Was the computer working correctly with the original BIOS ?
