HP Recommended

Windows 10 Pro. Not  coming up. Keeps jumping to set up menu. Have tried to restore default setting on BIOS but bringing options of factory and custom defaults which should I choose.

The system is just jumping on its own even when not touched.

Does this setup menu indicate boot choices?

" Keeps jumping to set up menu. "  It that the HP setup menu, same as F9?

If yes, that would indicate the drive has either failed or the bootloader is corrupted.
