Product: HP Z640 Base Model Workstation

Hello Can someone please help me?…

here is the situation HP Z640 workstation 

replaced my board fitted all cables and connections connected switched machine on waited a while and my screen  light just was flashing,usually  I have full red light when connected to machine .Nothing on the screen no post screen.

So I sent the board back believing it could be faulty same thing again now I am onto my third board 

connected machine all cables connected correctly.

these are the things I have tried 1 Removed CMOS battery for a while with no result 

swapped cables, swapped   Video cards still nothing on screen

am completely at a loss any help much appreciated
