so, im unable to assess my bios on startup despite repeatedly pressing f10,

i replaced the ssd on my pc 

i switched from a https://www.westerndigital.com/en-gb/products/internal-drives/cl-sn520-nvme-ssd?sku=SDAPNUW-128G-102...

 

to https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CFLSHNL3?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

 

i made a bootable usb with windows 11 and no matter what i do it wont boot up on start up, the only way the usb works is if i restart my pc on the power options menu while using my old SSD, i can't accesses my bios while using my new or old SSD., the usb isnt the issue as i've plugged it into other devices and it works perfectly fine

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

It looks like the new M.2 SSD is a SATA SSD.

 

Most of the 25L and 30L HP PCs I have looked at only support M.2 NVME SSDs.

 

I don't know why you can't get to the BIOS with the old NVME SSD. Did this condition exist at purchase?

 

Do you have Fast Startup enabled in Windows? Or maybe Fast Boot in the BIOS is enabled.
