Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Every time I try to get to bios, the screen turns white.

GPU is  GTX980Ti

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz

8 gig ram

Any idea why the bios screen is white?

Thanks,

-a

Have you tried connecting a different monitor?

Steps taken so far:

1) tried HDMI,DVI,DP monitors

2) updated vbios on the 980GTX hoping that the UEFI  GOP was the issue

3) reset/updated the 25L motherboard bios

In BIOS (white screen) when the mouse is moved, you can see the black background of the bios as the mouse moves  and if enough movements are made more complete bios menu is revealed.

Searchign the net, people that have old GPU's are seeing the same signature. Because I am unable to change anything in bios, I am unable to disable the secureboot and boot into Linux.

Thanks for your reply.
