Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1000a (ID 1Z1C0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi - I've a stock Omen 25L gaming desktop with Windows 11.
There was a pending windows update last night and I rebooted with the option of applying updates.
Post reboot - it automatically went into a BIOS update screen, completed the update and then it would not boot up.
The lights and the fan come on, but I get a black screen only. The keyboard is not responsive.
I've tried holding down the windows button and the B button during bootup to attempt a BIOS recover but that does not work.
The PC is under 12 months old but the warranty status according to HP is 'third party'.
Can someone help please?
