OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P6AV)

PC will shut down without warning whilst trying to play games, only warning is the fans trying to take off and then it will just shut down completely and reboot no errors. Event viewer shows critical kernel 41 id 63 error. I have tried all the HP system tests and PC passes every time. It started when playing Warzone randomly but it is every time now. Reinstalled windows all drivers are upto date. Reinstalled Warzone on fresh windows and still crashes. Also crashes when playing VR through steam or Oculus. Spent 3 hours to HP support trying bios and limiting startup items still no joy.Not sure what to do next, really stressing me out.

 

Update:1

Spent another 3 hours to HP Support on whatsapp doing more tests that I've already done myself. The PC passes all of them, I can recreate the issues just by playing a game. I've only had the PC 3 months so would like to get this resolved asap.

 

Update: 2

Spent another 3 hours with HP on Whatsapp trying to resolve this ongoing issue. They finally told me to re-install windows and start from fresh, yet again I spend hours carrying out tasks that I have already done myself and surprise surprise it crashes out when trying Warzone. I even sent them a video of it doing it but apparently they want to try more things today. I am so frustrated I just want to send it back as it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!.

Please don't use Whatsapp if you have an issue as I not sure who the consulting team are but the advisor keeps having to ask them for advice ? but they seem to be none the wiser, asking me to plug in additional monitors and use different cables to test signal. The issue is hardware either GPU, CPU or PSU. If someone from HP could contact me as I can never finish with the Whatsapp conversations as the tasks they give me take so long the advisors work shift always finishes. I've had the PC  3-4 months and shouldn't be happening. My friend has the exactly same spec HP Omen and has no issues with Warzone or any other game. 

 

Update: 3

Due to unable to resolve issue so have arranged pickup. Just as a quick note the PC was picked up on Friday 14th and returned to me Tuesday 18th, was a very quick service to resolve issue (hopefully).

PC Returned

They have replaced the RTX3080. Hopefully when I try later it will all be up and running again with no shut down issues.

SUCCESS: everything back up and running.
