First it's just went for bluescreen then automatically restart. Now it just freezes up and I have to push the power button and it keeps freezing whenever I browse youtube. It's only a little bit more than 1 year and it starts to be in default....There is always one small bulb lightened on the motherboard when it freezes. Please help to solve it, or could you send someone to pick it up for check and repair since I have 24months warranty?

Hi

A bluescreen usually means you have a hardware component problem (which can also be caused by intermittent heat or power spikes), a driver/system file problem, or a software problem.

Follow steps at this site https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/windows-disable-restart-after-bsod to stop a bluescreen restart. Then you can see the specific error codes associated with the bluescreen.

Some MBs have diagnostics LEDs that will stop at the problem device. But this is normally useful at system startup.

The forum can't help with warranty problems. Contact HP Support for warranty service at https://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact/help/desktop

You could try backing up data. Do a Cloud Recovery https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/ish_4511095-4511141-16

Then check system stability. Same problem most likely means you have a hardware issue.
