HP All-in-One - 24-g014 (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

I currently have a HP all in one computer from 2016. I recently tried to run the computer and it turned on, but instead of running windows 10, it took me to a blue screen.  I’ve tried a lot of things but none of them work. Anyone know what’s going on here? This has been happening for almost three days now. Thanks.

I assume one of the things you have tried is clicking on the Troubleshoot option shown.  You should then get another screen that gives more options.  Have you gotten to that screen and then picked "startup repair"?

If "Startup Repair" does not work, then the next step is to get the install media.

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10.

Boot up to that media.

You can then reinstall Windows 10 or try the repair option from the menu.

If you cannot make any headway, then you can reinstall Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
